Friends of Mt Field are once again being busy helping establish the new public day shelter and environs at Mt Mawson. They did an excellent job helping Parks with the shade cloth put on the Mawson run to assist with grassy revegetation, and are now planning to work with Parks to plant local plants around the new public Day Shelter. This will greatly help to settle the new building into the landscape.

Mt Mawson Day Shelter – architectural details

Details of the proposed working bees are outlined below – if you can assist please contact Peter Franklin from Friends of Mt Field.
