Are you a CHIONOPHILE? ( a person who loves cold weather, snow). We at STSA certainly are, and so we are very pleased to see that our friends at Wild Island Gallery are putting on an evening social event to celebrate all things snow, next Wednesday 24th June at 6:30 pm.
The evening will be held at 8/33 Salamanca Place, Hobart, and will include an old fashioned slide show (including pictures from Mt Mawson Ski Field in its hey day) and a presentation on Tasmanian-made Black Jay Skis.
Admission is $10 – a great opportunity to talk about our favourite activity, and network with fellow chionophiles.
