With the completion of the first panel of new snow fences at Mt Mawson, attention has turned to repairing the older fences damaged by snow load and wind. The second day of the March working bee was cold and showery, but good progress was made on repairing damaged panels up the Mawson Run. Thanks to George and Adrian Brettingham-Moore from the Ski Club of Tasmania for their perservance on this important task.  Further down the mountain Pam Mason did a great job of painting the doors to the Mawson Tow Hut despite the weather, and additional assistance for the working bee was provided by Rob and Karen from Mt Mawson Ski Club, and Peter and Karen Davis from Oldina Ski Club.
