BOM Long Range Outlook

The Bureau of Meteorology outlook indicates that a wetter than normal season is more likely for the southern two-thirds of WA and the far southeast of Australia (inc. Tas) for the May to July period.

The Mt Field-Mt Mawson area has a 55-60% chance of exceeding the median rainfall for the May – July 2014 period.

So it’s good that they’re forecasting the precipitation, let’s hope we see some of that turning into lovely fat snowflakes early in the season!
