We’ve split off the snow forecast and wind map onto their own dedicated page, the new menu link is besides the “cams” link. This should assist loading times when you’re wanting to check the cams on your mobile devices.

Earth Wind Map

If you haven’t checked out the “earth wind map” yet, head over to the new “forecasts” page and have a look, or you can just click on the image here as a short cut to the full page site.

Note that when you’re accessing it from the forecasts page, it’s best to click on the “earth” text link, in the bottom left hand corner of the dynamic image. This will launch the full page site at earth.nullschool.net. Once you’re there, click on the earth text again and delve into the many options – even Sea Surface temps!

Remember the wind data is being displayed in near real time, it’s quite a mesmerising experience – highly recommended!
