Our second working bee to progress the construction of the new snow fences on the Mawson Run is to be held this weekend – 15 and 16 February. The focus will be on tying down the fences to ensure they can withstand high winds. Once this is complete we will be able to complete the fixing of the slats – to be continued at the next working bee on 15-16 March.
Volunteers to help are always appreciated. Come along and join in the community spirit of keeping Southern Tasmania’s downhill ski run operating – work will commence at the Mt Mawson run at 10:30 am on Saturday.
