A good start to the cover on Mt Mawson. We have club members travelling to the mountain this evening. They will walk up to the ski area and assess the possibility of running this weekend. Once we hear from them, we’ll publish their decision here on the web site. So stay tuned, it may be late this evening before we can get the report up.
The other factor is the road. I’ve had a report this morning that they’re clearing it, but of course if we get good snow fall over the course of the day and this evening, they may have to do it again in the morning.
